Rebranding Influx, Always-On CX Solutions

Fast growing brands like Meshki, ClassPass and Linktree rely on Influx for scalable CX support. When I joined as the design lead during a pivotal rebrand, I was brought in to establish a clear and unified value proposition. At the time, the visual identity and communications were fragmented across marketing, internal teams and sales collateral, which made it difficult for the business to present itself consistently both internally and externally.

Working closely with the Influx team, I set the creative direction for the rebrand, elevating the website and rebuilding the broader digital ecosystem across AB tested landing pages, Google Ads, UX UI design, presentations, EDMs, social templates and brand collateral. I also improved internal communications and provided the growing sales team with cohesive, on brand materials to support their outreach.

By refining the visual language and aligning every touchpoint, I helped reposition Influx as a more credible and forward thinking partner, improving internal alignment and driving stronger engagement and lead quality.
